This document serves as an agreement between Jersey Wags and the Client, outlining the terms and conditions of our pet care services.

Pet Sitting and Dog Walking:

• Jersey Wags is authorized to provide pet care services as outlined in this agreement.
• All reservations must be made through Jersey Wags to ensure coverage under our liability policy.
• We commit to delivering reliable, caring, and trustworthy services. Clients waive claims against Jersey Wags, except in cases of negligence.
• In case of a medical emergency, Jersey Wags will seek veterinary treatment for pets, with client authorization or in emergency situations.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their pets are up-to-date with vaccinations and agree to cover expenses for injuries caused by their pets.
• Jersey Wags is not liable for property damage unless caused by negligence.
• Dogs must be leashed at all times during walks or park visits.
• Jersey Wags is not liable for damages if clients allow unauthorized persons into their homes during pet sitting.
• Clients must secure their homes before leaving, and Jersey Wags is not liable for losses due to burglary.
• Clients are responsible for pet-proofing their homes and securing pets during our absence.

Inclement Weather and Natural Disasters:

• Jersey Wags will use its best judgment in caring for pets and homes during inclement weather or natural disasters but is not responsible for resulting damages.

Agreement Authorization:

• By entering this agreement, clients authorize Jersey Wags to accept future reservations without additional written consent.
